Meme Blogging

Posted on October 4, 2007.

Over the past month we have been in school we have been assigned to complete 4 entries about the 25 styles of blogging. I am positive these entries will be the death of me. Every week I put off my 25 styles of blogging entry until the absolute last day I can do it, just like I am doing now. For some reason when it comes to these entries my mind just goes blank. When Mr.B said we would do about 10 of these I went into a panic. I hope as time goes on it will come easier to me. The funny thing is I am a very creative person and writer. I cant seem to find a reason why I have so much trouble with the 25 styles of blogging. So, this week I was checking out Ruby groups blog entries to see if I could get any good idea on what to write about. I came across Smart’s blog and saw that she wrote a meme blog on this topic: What would you do with your superpowers?

So if i had a superpower it would not be to be invisible, or have the ability to fly. If I had a superpower I would be able to know what people are thinking. I am typically a quiet person. I am not loud because I do not want people to have a chance to judge me. I like to stay quiet because them people do not really notice you, and have the opportunity to make judgements. If I was able to know what people are thinking, then I would probably not be as shy. I would feel much more comfortable around new people.

So now I am passing the question to you. What would you do with your superpowers. I have noticed that Mr.B and CTMayhem have already written blog entries about the same topic. If you read this entry and think it is interesting, write your next 25 styles of blogging entry on this meme. I think it would interesting to see how many people write their next entry on superpowers.Don’t forget to comment!

Hi,
You visited my blog and left a comment on blog for which I am very greatful as I get very bored if I dont get comments! anyway I’m now returning the favour.
The holidays are our ’september’ holidays. We have 2 weeks of holidays in between each term.
I know what you mean by being a good writer and still your mind goes blank at certain topics or assignments. I have it all the time!
I too would love to be able to read peoples minds! Just so long as no one else in the world can read mine! I was thinking though wouldnt it be pain to have everyones thoughts mixing with yours? It’d be hard to get any peace! though I spose if you had like selective mind reading orf something maybe a bit like selective hearing! I love your posts, they are very interesting!

If I had any power, it would be to read minds too. Some people never let on to what they’re thinking, and I’d love to know what goes on in their head. Sometimes I’m quite too because I’m afraid to let on to my true personality until I really know someone and trust them. Nice job on your blog.
